Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. We don't ship outside India yet.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more (after any discount).
- A flat ₹79 on orders below ₹999.
- The shipping charge is shown in your bag before you place the order.
When your order arrives
- We pack and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delays can happen during festivals, sales, bad weather or for remote areas. We'll keep you updated.
Tracking
Once your order ships, its tracking number appears in My account if you're logged in. You can also message us with your order number.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available. You can pay the delivery partner in cash, or by UPI where they accept it. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Before you sign for your parcel
If the outer packaging looks opened or badly damaged, please take a photo before opening it and tell us within 48 hours. See our Returns policy.
Wrong address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it.
