These terms apply when you use the Rupelle website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
- We describe each piece's material, finish and care honestly on its product page.
- Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate.
- Plated jewellery is not solid gold. Its finish lasts longest when you follow the care advice.
Prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you place your order.
- If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number.
- We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect a fake or fraudulent order. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.
- We may stop offering cash on delivery to customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.
Coming-soon pieces
Tapping “I want this” or asking to be notified is not an order and doesn't reserve a piece. It just tells us what you'd like us to stock.
Coupons
Coupons apply only under the conditions shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and one coupon can be used per order. We may end a coupon at any time.
Returns and warranty
We don't accept returns. Damaged, faulty or wrong items and the warranty are covered in our Returns policy. Shipping is covered in our Shipping policy.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since login codes are sent there. Please give correct details at checkout.
Our content
The Rupelle name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Rupelle. Please don't copy them without our permission.
Our responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't affect your rights under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can also approach the consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
